- Understand how to prevent and manage conflict.
- Learn the ABC of developing good hierarchical relations.
- Develop your team-related skills.
- Develop your presentation skills (how to handle first interviews, meetings, conferences, etc).
- Learn the ABC of leadership: understanding and developing your true leadership style.
- Understand and manage emotions, stress and time (1st stage).
