OD is a contractual relationship between a “change agent” (FAIRconsultancy) and a “sponsoring organization” (your organisation) entered into for the purpose of using organizational change techniques to improve organizational performance and the capacity of your organization to improve itself.

OD is holistic and interdisciplinary in nature and draws on sociology, psychology, and theories of motivation, learning, leadership and personality analysis.
